Welcome to MortgageKeeper - Mortgagekeeper.org provides a link for mortgage servicing specialists to connect to local nonprofit organizations, charities and programs that can help clients facing issues which may prevent them from maintaining regular loan payments.

MortgageKeeper developed this unique database using a network of practitioners familiar with local services. This web-based information and referral data system is initially available for selected markets, but will expand as demand grows over time.

How does the MortgageKeeper system work?
A lending institution subscribes to the database on an annual basis for a particular market or set of markets. Each institution will receive unique log in name and password to access the data. The interface is simple and easy to use. Just select a market, identify the client’s needs and a list of services with eligibility qualifications will appear. Subscribers also receive monthly reports on the level of usage and most frequent referrals, so you can monitor use of the system.

What is unique about this database?
Mortgagekeeper.org provides call-center based loan servicing and counseling professionals with instant access to local resources. Because MortgageKeeper employs experts with local knowledge to review the data, and will verify and maintain data over time, clients will be provided accurate referral information. In addition to the quality control functions MortgageKeeper conducts, subscribers can rate experiences with services in the database based on client feedback, thus providing an additional level of refinement.
